Columbus Dock Door Repair("we," "us," or "the site") operates the website at columbusdockdoorrepair.com as a commercial dock and door service request line for Columbus and Central Ohio facilities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you.
Note: the site uses Formspree for form delivery, CallRail for call tracking, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity. If any of these vendors are removed or replaced, this policy will be updated to match the actual stack.
Information we collect
Form submissions. When you submit the commercial service request form, we collect the information you provide: business or facility name, your name and role, phone number, email address, facility address (street, city, ZIP), equipment type, equipment brand, number of dock positions or doors, failure state, urgency, documentation needs, and the description of the issue. This information is used to evaluate the request, route it to a local commercial dock and door provider, and follow up on scheduling.
Phone calls, call tracking, and recording. Calls placed to the phone number on this site are routed through a third-party call-tracking service (CallRail). The originating phone number, call time, call duration, and routing information may be captured for routing, attribution, fraud prevention, and quality control. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality control, request handling, attribution, and service-provider coordination. If call recording or transcription is enabled, a notice may be played at the beginning of the call. By continuing with the call after notice is given, you consent to recording and/or transcription where permitted by law.
Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find and use the site. These services collect device, browser, page-view, and session-interaction data. Clarity may also record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, form contents, call recordings, or request details to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. IP addresses are anonymized where technically supported.
How information is used
Information collected through the site is used to evaluate and respond to your commercial service request, route the request to an appropriate local provider, communicate about the request and any follow-up scheduling or documentation, improve the site's usability and content, and maintain operational and security records.
Sharing with third parties
Service providers we route to. Service requests, including facility, contact, and equipment details, may be shared with the independent commercial dock and door provider that the request is routed to so they can confirm fit and respond. Providers are independent businesses with their own privacy practices, retention schedules, and customer communication procedures.
Operational vendors. Information may also be processed by service vendors we use for hosting, form delivery (Formspree), call tracking and recording (CallRail), analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), and email communications. These vendors process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
Lead routing and compensation. If the routing relationship between Columbus Dock Door Repair and any servicing provider involves compensation for routed leads, that does not change your pricing — pricing is set by the dispatched provider and confirmed before work begins. Compensation arrangements, where applicable, are between Columbus Dock Door Repair and the provider.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information you should not submit
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, credit card numbers, employee records, medical information, or sensitive personal documents through the service request form. If you send photos with a request, avoid including paperwork, people, payment information, proprietary facility documents, badge numbers, or other sensitive information visible in the frame.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, call-tracking attribution, and basic site functionality. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect site functionality.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing service@columbusdockdoorrepair.com. Depending on jurisdiction, additional rights may apply (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents). Identity verification may be required before a request is processed to protect against unauthorized disclosure. Requests are processed in a reasonable timeframe.
Opt-out of service request routing
If you have submitted a service request and prefer not to be contacted further, email service@columbusdockdoorrepair.comwith "opt out" and the email or phone number associated with the request. Your contact information will be removed from active routing within a reasonable timeframe, subject to operational and legal retention requirements.
Data retention
Service request information is retained for as long as necessary to evaluate the request, document request routing and follow-up, coordinate with a servicing provider when applicable, and meet legitimate operational, accounting, and legal obligations. Call recordings and transcriptions are retained per the call-tracking vendor's retention policy and our internal quality-control needs.
Children's privacy
The site is intended for facility management professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect submitted information, including HTTPS in transit and access controls on the systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
