Terms of Service.
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Columbus Dock Door Repair website at columbusdockdoorrepair.com("the site"). By using the site or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Site purpose
The site operates as a commercial-only service request line for loading dock and overhead door work in Columbus and Central Ohio. The site is not the contractor. Submitted requests are routed to a local commercial dock and door provider when service area, equipment capability, and schedule line up. The provider who eventually performs the work operates under their own license, insurance, documentation, and warranty practices.
2. Commercial use only
The site is intended for commercial and industrial facilities. Residential garage door requests, boat docks, automatic pedestrian doors, storefront glass, and similar non-commercial scope are not handled. By submitting a request, you confirm you represent a commercial or industrial facility.
3. No guarantee of provider availability
Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance of the request, an agreement to dispatch a provider, or a guarantee of provider availability, response time, parts availability, or pricing. Provider, ETA, and rate structure are confirmed before dispatch. We do not publish or guarantee a fixed response-time SLA.
4. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate facility, contact, and equipment information when submitting a request. Inaccurate facility addresses, incorrect equipment descriptions, or missing access information can delay dispatch and increase cost.
5. Pricing
Pricing for any commercial dock or door work is set by the dispatched provider and confirmed before work begins. The site does not publish flat rates because real commercial dock and door scope varies too much by equipment, parts, and site conditions.
6. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for analytics, call tracking, form delivery, and similar functions. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The site may also link to third-party websites; the site is not responsible for the content of those sites.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, layout, brand marks, and imagery, is the property of Columbus Dock Door Repair or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Columbus Dock Door Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or any service routed through the site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
